History of Sutter Retail Development
In 1998 Mark co-founded Main and Main Investments and Main and Main Properties, and they became the most productive Retail Development Company North of Sacramento. Successfully developing some one hundred million dollars worth of Class A Retail Development, where Mark was solely responsible for site selection, site design, lease negotiations, entitlements, construction, and Landlord delivery.
In 2012 Mark Norton and Kurt Hilbers created a partnership which was then followed up by a new brand “Sutter Retail Development”.
